ARBURG at NPE 2024
World premiere: Slim design and price
The ALLROUNDER 720 E GOLDEN ELECTRIC is characterized by electrical precision and process stability and offers high component quality combined with low investment costs and rapid availability. Its design has been optimized to provide a significantly reduced installation area compared to other machines in its class. This allows more machines to be accommodated in the same injection molding production area, in turn resulting in an increased output per square meter. The new machine is suitable for a wide range of plastic parts, with cycle times from around 15 seconds. The "golden" electric ALLROUNDER can be automated with all ARBURG robotic systems, including six-axis robots. The exhibit at NPE 2024 will produce razor covers using a 24-cavity mold, with handling performed by a MULTILIFT V 30 linear robotic system.
13 machine exhibits showcasing a wide range of services
In Orlando, a total of 13 exhibits at the company's own booth and those of its partners will demonstrate the broad product range across a wide variety of processes and all sectors – from 3D printing to high-volume injection molding of packaging items.
Expert presentation on OPC UA
At the trade show, all the ALLROUNDER machines will be interlinked with the ARBURG host computer system (ALS) via OPC UA interfaces. This central MES enables the entire plastic parts production process to be digitally planned and controlled and all relevant information to be tracked. Digitalization expert Jürgen Peters, Head of Software Development, will give a presentation on the advantages of integrating peripheral equipment via OPC UA at NPE 2024's "Innovation Stage" on Tuesday, 7 May.
