A mold with complex core pull technology is used for the injection molding of Y-branches for sewage pipes. Three core pulls are completely integrated into the control system of the hydraulic ALLROUNDER.

Greenline dowels

The production of Fischer dowels from the "Greenline" series demonstrates how alternative plastics can be safely processed and recycled inline with ALLROUNDER injection molding machines.

Flow straightener

A flow straightener made of PBT and LSR is produced for a shower valve with a 2+2-cavity mold. With hot runner technology for thermoplastic and cold runner technology for LSR.
