Micro injection module

The micro injection unit combines an 8 mm injection screw for tiny shot weights of less than one gram with a second plasticizing screw for melting. The plastic is processed according to the first-in, first-out principle.

Micro counting wheel

They are only 0.004 g in weight: a special micro production cell manufactures four micro counting wheels made of PBT in a cycle time of 12 s each. Nine pieces weigh as much as a single granule.

Cap

Delicate LSR caps for micro switches, used in medical technology and mobility, for example. Here we have parts weighing 0.009 g each, tested inline and packed in bags.

Micro turbine

At the heart of a micro-turbine for flow meters is a magnet. During production, the magnets are first separated, aligned, placed in a mold, and overmolded with PVDF.
