Anniversary: Over 3,100 years at ARBURG!

On Friday, June 30, 2023, ARBURG placed the focus on its long-serving employees. During the anniversary celebration in the presence of the owners families, Partners, Managing Directors and divisional managers, a total of 118 employees were honored for 40, 25, and 10 years of loyalty to the company. We also said farewell to 36 employees who officially entered retirement.

With the company for decades

In 2022, a total of 118 employees celebrated an anniversary, 11 of whom were honored for a remarkable four decades of loyalty to the company. 33 employees reached the milestone of 25 years of company loyalty last year and 74 celebrated their 10-year anniversary. Around a third of these individuals have been with ARBURG since their apprenticeship, with this figure rising to nine out of the eleven for those celebrating 40 years! The average of some 30 years of service at ARBURG achieved by the 36 retirees is also impressive.
