The new hybrid ALLROUNDERs save energy and resources, and are production efficient, reliable and user friendly. The HIDRIVE with new hybrid machine technology is available in sizes 470, 520 and 570 and in three performance variants.
HuJin: Bubble tea cups using in-mould labelling
HuJin's high-end production facility produces more than 700 million IML cups in a wide variety of designs every year. This involves the use of eight highly automated, hybrid ALLROUNDER H machines.
Hoefer & Sohn: Turnkey system produces over 45,000 parts per day
A turnkey system based around an ALLROUNDER 1200 T rotary table machine with a KUKA six-axis robot enables the flexible insertion of a variety of inserts into an 8-cavity mould and precise visual inspection of the finished parts. A special delta robot plays a central role in this process.
