MULTILIFT SELECT
You can use the "conventional" robotic system with vertical mould-entry operation if you need a compact, consistently standardised and therefore economical robot.
MULTILIFT V
With a large operating zone: our most versatile robotic system enters the mould vertically to handle inserts and moulded parts precisely and reliably.
MULTILIFT H
With its horizontal mould-entry operation, the MULTILIFT H delivers benefits such as for vertical injection in multi-component injection moulding and is ideal for low hall heights.
FLEXLIFT
The vertical-entry linear FLEXLIFT offers an attractive price/performance ratio and is available in six versions for ALLROUNDERs in sizes 320 to 570. Powerful servo motors ensure that the mould-entry axes (5, 10 or 15 kg load) are extremely dynamic and precise. Because its operating panel has the same interface as the machine controller, the FLEXLIFT is quick and easy to get up and running. The central machine and robot data set saves time and significantly increases process reliability and efficiency.

Shorter mould-entry times? With our optional dynamic mould-entry axis, you are also perfectly prepared for this. Additional gripper axes can pick up and set down parts in different rotational positions.
Sample components
Angle-of-rotation sensor
Three becomes one when the magnetic disc, platform and protective cap are injection-moulded to form a functional angle-of-rotation sensor. A MULTILIFT V robotic system (longitudinal installation) enables vertical removal.
Micro counting wheel
They weigh just 0.004 g: a special micro-production cell manufactures micro counting wheels made of PBT. Nine pieces weigh as much as a single granule. A MULTILIFT H 3+1 performs simple pick-and-place operations.
