The new FLEXLIFT, which is produced exclusively in and for Asia, is ARBURG's response to the market's demand for a reliable, fast and precise linear robotic system for entry into automated moulded part production.

Powerful and user-friendly

The vertical-entry linear FLEXLIFT offers an attractive price/performance ratio and is available in six versions for ALLROUNDERs in sizes 320 to 570. Powerful servo motors ensure that the mould-entry axes (5, 10 or 15 kg load) are extremely dynamic and precise. Because its operating panel has the same interface as the machine controller, the FLEXLIFT is quick and easy to get up and running. The central machine and robot data set saves time and significantly increases process reliability and efficiency.

Modular adaptability

ARBURG can adapt the modular FLEXLIFT precisely to the respective requirements – for example, with application-specific drives and valve sets alongside variable positioning of the control cabinet. If required, complete turnkey systems can also be implemented at the ARBURG Technology Factory (ATF) in Pinghu and matching gripper components additively manufactured, for example. The robust, low-maintenance technology and optional performance-dependent automatic lubrication ensure a long service life and high availability.

Flexible uses

Typical areas of application include the careful removal of moulded parts and sprue, the handling of inserts and applications in medical technology and clean rooms. Thanks to its low height and telescopic design, the FLEXLIFT is also suitable for confined spaces and can be installed on the operator side of the machine as an option.
