How can business processes and services be made even more efficient? Clearly, with digitalisation! And that's exactly where the new "arburgXworld" customer portal comes in. It is an additional digital service offering from ARBURG, which we will gradually develop and expand.
The new "arburgXworld" customer portal has been available for customers in Germany since the Technology Days 2019. The global rollout will follow at K 2019. "arburgXworld" bundles all our digital services that can then be used via a PC or mobile device after registration and activation. For the launch of the customer portal there will be three central apps:
This app brings transparency to production and reduces organisational effort. It provides a quick overview of the machine fleet and enables central access to production-relevant documents such as spare parts catalogues. The virtual representation of the machine fleet is sourced and updated from the ARBURG database. This makes it easy to structure the fleet – without having to maintain your own lists.
This app is all about time-saving and target-oriented communication. Service tickets can be started around the clock – including from mobile devices on site. A brief description of the problem with an attached picture reduces queries. The current processing status of open tickets is clearly displayed and can be centrally tracked. The communication process is automatically documented as a service history and can also be used for self-help if necessary.
With this app, spare parts for the machine fleet displayed in the "MachineCenter" can be ordered online around the clock. Interactive navigation and clear 3D previews make searching easier. In addition, there is direct access to prices and availability. The order history is convenient for repeat orders.
