Lab-on-a-Chip
Ready-to-use "lab-on-a-chip" made of transparent PC are produced in one step, using assembly injection moulding. The big advantage is that there is no need for subsequent assembly or joining.

Luer connectors for the pharmaceutical industry are challenging to manufacture. A delicate touch and precision are required when the parts, which weigh only 0.2 or 0.05 g, are injection moulded in large quantities from PP and TPE components.
