Guido Frohnhaus thanked Michael Kylling, Managing Director of the Danish subsidiary, and his team for their dedicated and successful work over the past 25 years. In recognition, he presented him with the "25 years of ARBURG Denmark" anniversary sculpture on behalf of the entire parent company.
In 2007, the team from Denmark moved into new premises in Greve, about 30 kilometres south of Copenhagen. Steffen Eppler was interim managing director before Michael Kylling took over in March 2018 to lead what is now a team of twelve, half of whom are service technicians. The subsidiary works closely with colleagues from the German headquarters in Lossburg and locations around the world. The ALLROUNDERs and freeformers are particularly in demand in the medical technology, electronics, construction/building technology and leisure sectors.
To commemorate "25 years of ARBURG" in a fitting manner and to present the range of products and services in a live setting, there was an open house in addition to the exclusive evening event.. Over an area of 350 m², the subsidiary offers space for training courses, a spare parts warehouse, offices, and a showroom. The open house also took place there. Three automated injection moulding exhibits were presented live, including a hydraulic ALLROUNDER 270 S compact and a freeformer 300-3X for industrial additive manufacturing.
