ARBURG is using a wide range of communication media to gain attention for being an attractive employer and an excellent training provider of vocational training. Our goal is to point out the wide variety of possibilities for professional development and convince potential applicants of our qualities. We use the new training campaign and applicant portal, as well as numerous communication activities on a variety of channels.

New training campaign
The new training campaign has the hashtag “#gönnDir ARBURG” (“treat yourself with ARBURG”) to address young people who want to jump-start their careers. ARBURG offers excellent career prospects and a multiple award-winning, certified training system.

First ARBURG movie theater ad
On January 31, 2019, the first ARBURG movie theater ad was launched in numerous German movie theaters. The goal is to increase our recognition and present the family-owned business as a modern employer.

On the road with ARBURG
A public bus in ARBURG mint green and the ad “Get your dream job” has been roaming the northern Black Forest region since 29 April, 2019. The ad targets experienced professionals as well as prospective trainees.
