ALLROUNDER 520 A "Ultimate"
The centerpiece of the system is an electric ALLROUNDER 520 A "Ultimate" with a clamping force of 1,500 kN, designed for fast and sophisticated processes. The servo-electric drives of the high-performance machine ensure precise mold positioning and reproducible injection.
Turnkey system
As a system integrator, ARBURG offers customized production cells from a single source. In this example, components from Beck Automation, Kebo, and Intravis, among others, were combined to create a smoothly functioning turnkey system.
Integrated functions
Thanks to the scratch-resistant label, the tubes offer a precise scale for indicating the fill level and additional functions such as temperature monitoring and QR codes for recycling and storage information. In the future, an RFID code could even enable process, quality, and patient data to be fully traceable.

Clean-room technology
