Two standard ALLROUNDER TREND electric machines, equipped with the intuitive GESTICA lite control system, impressively demonstrate just how efficient and precise modern production can be. A production cell centered around the ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND demonstrates the automated production of LSR closures using a 64-cavity mold and the MULTILIFT SELECT 16 linear robot system. In addition, an ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND demonstrates the technical injection molding process by producing plug components for the electronics industry.
Smart production with recycled materials and IMD
A turnkey system based around a vertical ALLROUNDER 475 V manufactures high-quality covers for car key fobs from recycled PC/ABS in combination with in-mold decoration (IMD). The components are produced, labeled, and reworked in a continuous process. The machine has an impressively compact installation area and also offers high energy efficiency, a new control system, and an attractive price/performance ratio.
Medical production rethought
The “NextGen Medical Solution” production cell demonstrates how digital networking works in medical technology. In the turnkey system built around the electric ALLROUNDER 570 A in clean-room version, the machine, mold, automation and peripheral equipment work together intelligently. The result is PP caps for injector pens produced in a cycle time of only around ten seconds. New is the AI tool integrated directly into the GESTICA control system, which continuously analyzes process parameters and product quality and optimizes them through self-learning.
Maximum precision in micro injection molding
An electric ALLROUNDER 270 A demonstrates the capabilities of high-precision micro injection molding. Four complex micro filters, each weighing just 0.0022 grams, are manufactured and then automatically removed using a MULTILIFT SELECT 4 robot. The innovative micro injection module with an 8-mm injection screw enables extremely small shot weights of less than one gram and, by operating on a first-in, first-out basis, ensures consistently high material quality and maximum process reliability.
Automated complete solution
A turnkey system centered around the ALLROUNDER MORE 2000 demonstrates how efficiently multi-component injection molding and intelligent automation work together. Using a 32-cavity mold, high-quality, two-color dominoes are produced in a fully automated process. The linear MULTILIFT V 30 and a cobot work together to handle the process, allowing complete toy sets to be assembled and packaged directly.
