K 2025: World premiere of the ALLROUNDER 475 V

The ALLROUNDER 475 V celebrates its world premiere at the K 2025. It is notable for its high energy efficiency, small footprint, and attractive price-performance ratio. Sales will start worldwide in January 2026. The new vertical machine from ARBURG can be used flexibly and is ideal for both manual and automated encapsulation of inserts.

Small footprint – ample space for the mold

Its footprint is particularly compact, but the new vertical machine still offers extra space even for larger molds. The standard installation height is 250 millimeters and can optionally be extended by 100 or 200 millimeters. Side doors and the upwardly offset locking cylinder ensure good accessibility to the mold and ejector. An off-center ejector is available as an option. The table height is 900 millimeters for improved workplace ergonomics.

Up to 60 percent reduction in energy consumption

The ALLROUNDER 475 V has a clamping force of 1,000 kN and can be equipped with hydraulic injection units in sizes 100 to 400. For energy-efficient operation, the machine features ARBURG servohydraulics (ASH) as a standard feature, allowing the water-cooled, speed-controlled servo motors to be continuously adjusted to the actual power requirement. This minimizes no-load losses and reduces the specific energy requirement by up to 60 percent compared to conventional hydraulic machines.

Vertical machine with flexible automation capability

If required, the vertical machine can be flexibly automated with a six-axis or linear MULTILIFT robotic system, for example. Whether simple sprue removal, difficult component handling, or coordinated automation for complex production cells including upstream or downstream process steps – Arburg can meet almost any customer requirement. Our turnkey experts supply CE-compliant machines, automation, and peripherals from a single source.

Practical example: radio key cover

At booth 13A13, you can take a look at the ALLROUNDER 475 V as part of a turnkey system that produces, marks, and post-processes high-quality covers for car radio keys made of recycled PC/ABS in combination with in-mold decoration (IMD).
