Graduation ceremony 2022

ARBURG Partner, Renate Keinath, officially discharged a total of 29 industrial trainees from their training obligations on 4 April 2022. All of them have been taken on as permanent employees by ARBURG. Renate Keinath personally presented them with their certificates and prizes for particularly good achievements.

Training completed successfully

On behalf of the entire ARBURG management, the Partner congratulated the graduates on passing their final examinations, and also expressly thanked the highly-motivated training team. ARBURG offers excellent triple-certified training and is also a leader in the area of digitalisation. For example, laptops, video chats, learning management and remote access were already part of the trainees' daily routine even before the coronavirus pandemic. "Thanks to online teaching and digital methods, you have almost incidentally acquired a very high level of IT competence. When achieving your goals, you were also challenged in terms of flexibility," Renate Keinath told the graduating trainees. "You will certainly benefit from these additional skills in your future professional life," she continued. The Partner also presented six prizes for particularly good achievements.

2018 cohort starts professional life

In his speech, Head of Training, Michael Vieth, who led the 16 members of the training team, also wished the new ARBURG employees a good start to their careers. He looked back on difficult conditions: "You have been accompanied by 'social distancing' and you have experienced what it is like to do chin-ups and somersaults in digital communication." As important tips, he told the graduates to remain flexible, courageous and curious.

106 new trainees and students in September 2022

Because there are fewer and fewer really well-qualified personnel on the labour market, ARBURG continues to rely heavily on finding and training young talent itself.
In September 2022, ARBURG will therefore enable 106 young people to successfully start their careers – more than ever before.
