Booth tours
ARBURG’s trade fair presence is centered entirely on the “Smartest Factory.” As part of booth tours with ARBURG apprentices, Career Friday participants (October 16, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) can experience that ARBURG offers the full spectrum when it comes to digitalisation: from innovative injection molding technologies featuring smart assistants and AI-supported features to efficient automation and turnkey systems, right through to the digital networking of the entire production process. The apprentices will explain how all of these elements interact perfectly and work together along the value chain, as well as present the apprenticeships and degree programs offered by ARBURG.
Visitors to the booth can also try out a virtual welding robot using VR goggles, which is used in training. Anyone wishing to take a direct look from Friedrichshafen into the company headquarters in Loßburg can fold a 3D viewer, attach it to a smartphone, and embark on a virtual 360-degree tour through the ARBURG Vocational Training Center. Young booth visitors can also take part in a prize draw with the chance to win one of three pairs of tickets to Europa-Park Rust. In addition, every participant will receive an attractive giveaway.
