ARBURG at Plast Eurasia 2025

At Plast Eurasia from December 3 to 6, 2025 in Istanbul, ARBURG will present the Eurasian premiere of its brand-new electric ALLROUNDER TREND machines at booth 1114B in hall 11. With its large catchment area, this trade fair is extremely important for ARBURG and its Turkish subsidiary. The exhibit, an ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND, is equipped with the new and particularly easy-to-use GESTICA lite control system and will produce a 3D interlocking puzzle by way of example.

Quick and easy: new ALLROUNDER TREND

The new ALLROUNDER TREND machines are ideal for all industries involving standard applications, such as technical injection molding and the electronics industry. The new ALLROUNDER TREND will initially be launched in four sizes with clamping forces ranging from 500 to 2,000 kN and with electric injection units in variants from 100 to 800. The machine's particularly slim design ensures a compact installation area and space-optimized production. Convenient set-up and changeover are ensured by features such as the large, accessible mold installation space as well as interfaces close to the mold for the electronics, pneumatic system, and cooling water. Peripheral devices can be connected using plug-and-work and the cylinder module can be quickly replaced. For example, up to two serial core pulls and freely configurable I/O interfaces can be optionally retrofitted. For getting started with digitalization, the machines are prepared for an IIoT gateway. The ALLROUNDER TREND machines have been available to order since October 2025 and will be delivered from spring 2026. The exhibit at Plast Eurasia will produce a 3D interlocking puzzle by way of example.

Intuitive to operate and clear: the new GESTICA lite

Thanks to the intuitive to operate GESTICA lite control system variant, also newly developed by Arburg, and optional smart assistants, even unskilled employees can get up and running quickly. GESTICA lite features a particularly robust industrial panel. The software basis is identical to GESTICA and their data sets are fully inter-compatible. The new variant is very easy and intuitive to operate using the extended user interface, even for non-specialists. At the same time, flexibility is maintained for experienced operators. The dashboard is a distinctive new feature on the user interface. The start screen clearly displays all the crucial functions for day-to-day work. These functions include information about the job, the current process, and direct access to the most important parameters – all supported intelligently and actively by assistance functions. The touch function can be used to jump directly to the detailed parameter pages for the clamping and injection unit, temperatures, and robotic system.
