New ALLROUNDER TREND standard machine
To show the visitors how easy and economical automated production can be with the new ALLROUNDER TREND machines, sustainable reusable cutlery with a combined cutting edge, spoon, and fork will be produced at FIP. The sprue will be removed, ground up in a grinder, and fed directly back into the production process. The electric ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND is integrated in a turnkey system with a cooler, a coloring device, a temperature control unit, and a Thermolift. A MULTILIFT SELECT 4 linear robotic system handles the injection molded parts made of PBT (GF 30) with around one third post-consumer recycled content. The cycle time is around 60 seconds, the part weight around 79 grams.
