ARBURG at Equiplast 2026

From June 2 to 5, 2026, Equiplast in Barcelona will once again bring together the Spanish and Portuguese plastics industries. At its Booth C32 in Pavilion P3, ARBURG will be teaming up with key partners to showcase its range of complete solutions designed to help plastics processors manufacture efficiently. These include injection molding technology, automation, and peripheral devices, as well as digital products and services. The highlight will be the new electric ALLROUNDER TREND, equipped with the equally new GESTICA lite control system, which automatically produces LSR injection molded parts.

ALLROUNDER TREND: Top performance, price, delivery time and quality

An ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND will be on display at Equiplast 2026 as an example of a fully automated machine producing "Secure Seal" LSR closures with food-grade certification for the medical technology industry. Equipped with a 64-cavity mold from ACH Solution and a MULTILIFT SELECT 16 linear robotic system from ARBURG, the turnkey system produces approximately 9,200 closures per hour, which are used to seal needles and syringes. The Multilift removes the injection molded parts, each weighing 0.5 grams, and places them in separate locations according to cavity. Parts for quality assurance are supplied via another drawer system.

Digital features make day-to-day injection molding easier

In addition, trade fair visitors will learn interesting facts about the intelligent pilot and assistance functions in the control system, the ARBURG master computer system (ALS)—the company's own MES—for networked injection molding production, as well as the arburgXworld customer portal with its many practical apps. All of these digital products and services enable smart production and offer numerous opportunities for process optimization, real-time monitoring, traceability, and transparency.
