ARBURG at Chinaplas 2025

At Chinaplas in Shenzhen, China, from April 15 to 18, 2025, ARBURG will be presenting interesting technologies for the Asian market. At Booth F41 in Hall 12, two ALLROUNDER GOLDEN ELECTRIC EVO machines will demonstrate reliable LSR processing and the efficient production of mass-produced medical products. A turnkey system centered around an ALLROUNDER rotary table machine will produce connector components in a fully automatic process for the growing mobility sector in China. Special exhibition areas for arburgSOLUTIONworld, including the themes of automation, digitalization and service, will complete the company's trade show display.

Electric machines for LSR and medicine

An ALLROUNDER 470 E GOLDEN ELECTRIC EVO will produce sealing elements weighing 0.06 grams each from liquid silicone (LSR) – burr-free and with an injection molding precision of 0.01 millimeters. These LSR injection-molded parts are used to prevent liquid media from getting into individual automotive connector wires.

An ALLROUNDER 570 E GOLDEN ELECTRIC EVO will demonstrate the efficient production of prefillable syringe barrels made from cyclic olefin polymer (COP), a glass substitute. COP is transparent and has similar barrier properties to glass, but is shatterproof and cheaper to produce. A FLEXLIFT 10 linear robotic system gently removes the molded parts from the mold and sets them down on a conveyor belt.

Turnkey system overmolds inserts in a fully automatic process

A sophisticated turnkey system for the mobility sector will be on show at Chinaplas 2025. The centerpiece is an ALLROUNDER 1600 T rotary table machine that sequentially overmolds metal inserts into high-voltage modules for automotive connectors.
