Anniversary machine

Compared to a hydraulic machine, the new ALLROUNDER 470 H boasts an energy footprint that is up to 50% better and can save up to 12,000 kg of CO2 per year. The hybrid machine incorporates many technical innovations that are only available from ARBURG. A new oil management concept, for example, reduces the oil requirement by around 35%. Flow rate splitting enables simultaneous movements of hydraulic auxiliary axes. The dry cycle time is also reduced by about one third. The ARBURG servo-hydraulic system (ASH) permits particularly energy-efficient and low-emission operation.

The anniversary machine is particularly interesting for customers who are looking for an energy-saving alternative to hydraulic machines, for example, as the high-quality hydraulic injection unit reduces acquisition costs and is extremely robust. The clamping unit's electric drives reduce the energy requirement, which reduces operating costs and the carbon footprint.

Various performance variants, injection units and options are available for the anniversary machine. Since February 2023, the ALLROUNDER 470 H has been available in the COMFORT and PREMIUM performance variants. As with the electric ALLDRIVE series, an ULTIMATE performance variant will follow later. The new concept will be gradually implemented for other ALLROUNDERs in the HIDRIVE series.

The new machines can be seen in action at the Anniversary Days in Lossburg, Germany, from March 8 to 11, 2023 and at a host of ARBURG events and trade shows around the world.
