Reliable multi-component injection moulding
A turnkey system built around an ALLROUNDER MORE 2000 will be producing dominoes in a cycle time of 30 seconds. A MULTILIFT V 30 robot in a rotated assembly removes the dominoes and places them on the conveyor belt. A mobile YASKAWA cobot with an integrated camera system picks up the dominoes in blocks of 8 and stacks them precisely in a box, which is then sealed.
