ARBURG at Moldplas 2025

From 13 to 15 November 2025, ARBURG will be showcasing its comprehensive range of products and services at Moldplas in Batalha, Portugal (Hall 3, Stand 3B12). The highlight will be the online presentation of the new ALLROUNDER TREND, which will celebrate its world premiere at K 2025. The injection moulding exhibit is an energy-efficient hybrid ALLROUNDER 470 H, which is automated with a MULTILIFT SELECT 6 linear robotic system and will be producing a beverage jug made of PC.

Online presentation: Portugal premiere of the ALLROUNDER TREND

The ALLROUNDER TREND will be presented for the first time in Portugal via a monitor. With this completely new machine concept, ARBURG is expanding its portfolio and heralding an exciting new era: in addition to proven high-end technology, the ALLROUNDER TREND will open up an additional segment for standard applications. It is specifically designed for current market needs and is quick to set up, particularly easy to operate and maintain, and produces moulded parts with a high degree of reliability and energy efficiency.

Automated: Hybrid ALLROUNDER 470 H produces beverage jug

At Moldplas 2025, a hybrid ALLROUNDER 470 H will be producing a beverage jug made of transparent polycarbonate (PC) in a cycle time of around 30 seconds. The automation was implemented as part of a local turnkey project. The thick-walled plastic jug is handled quickly and carefully by a MULTILIFT SELECT 6 linear robot system, which is fully integrated into the GESTICA control system. Each moulded part will be visually inspected before being placed on a conveyor belt and handed out as a giveaway to visitors at the trade fair.

Customer portal and host computer

The trade fair presentation will be rounded off by smart digital products and services, above all the arburgXworld customer portal with its many apps and new features, as well as the ARBURG host computer system.
