The ALLROUNDER TREND electric standard machines offer a simple, fast and cost-effective introduction to the production of standard injection moulded parts. They are also quick to set up and easy to operate. An ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND will be demonstrating this at the K trade fair, producing electronic connectors in a cycle time of 9.5 seconds.

The new vertical ALLROUNDER 475 V will be producing key fobs for car keys and demonstrating in-mould decoration. It processes recyclate in an interlinked and automated production cell. The new machine has an impressively compact installation area and also offers high energy efficiency, a new control system and an attractive price/performance ratio.

The all-electric high-performance machine will be producing PP tubes in an 8-cavity mould with integrated labelling and optical quality control – for compact, energy-saving and CO₂-optimised production.

At the centre of the turnkey system will be the new electric ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND, paired with a Yaskawa robotic system. The new GESTICA lite control system variant ensures simple and intuitive operation. The system will be producing high-quality silicone seals in an economical, automated process and boasts an impressively small footprint, maximum efficiency and cost-efficient LSR processing.

An ALLROUNDER 720 A in the "Ultimate" performance variant will be producing four thin-walled IML round cups with a wall thickness of just 0.37 millimetres in a cycle time of 3.95 seconds. For this resource-saving application, particular emphasis has been placed on energy efficiency, together with a component design that saves on materials.

The ALLROUNDER CUBE 1800 cube-mould machine will be producing two-component closures for the personal care sector in a fully automated process. The simultaneous rotation of the cube mould while the clamping unit is still opening significantly reduces the cycle time.
