Start of training 2024

A total of 75 new trainees and students from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) began their training at ARBURG on 2 September 2024. Steffen Kroner, Managing Director Finance, Controlling, IT and Human Resource Management, welcomed the new members of the ARBURG family.

Launch into professional life

For 75 years, training at ARBURG has been a central component for a successful future – and a very effective one at that. During this time, almost 2,300 young people have laid the foundations for their professional careers at ARBURG. This year, however, "75" has a double significance as it not only represents this remarkable anniversary, but is also the number of new trainees and students. Another cohort of 75 "newbies" is embarking on an exciting and promising future at ARBURG. To make the transition from school to working life as smooth as possible, ARBURG has developed a comprehensive training concept.

Training excellence

ARBURG has always been committed to the highest training standards and was the first training company in Baden-Württemberg to receive three quality certifications in 2018. This quality standard was reconfirmed as recently as July 2024, when IHK Nordschwarzwald once again awarded the company its "1A Excellent Training Company" seal of approval. This accolade underlines the high value placed on training at ARBURG. Talented young people are not only supported, but also given the best possible grounding for a successful professional future.
