Our arburgXworld customer portal allows you to keep an eye on your machine fleet at all times and quickly find available machines for time-critical projects. This enables you to plan your projects efficiently and prepare the optimal machine configuration in a targeted manner.

Procurement & production planning

The customer portal supports you in intelligently interlinking machines, work procedures and business processes. This allows you to make optimum use of your machine fleet for current orders. With our ALS MES system, you can also optimise your shift management and plan your orders in real time.

Preparation & sampling

Smart assistance systems such as aXw Control FillAssist with 3D visualisation of mould filling enable simple and safe set-up. This shortens your set-up times and allows you to start production faster. The customer portal gives you a virtual overview of all production-related information and documents and allows you to prepare set-up processes virtually.

Using the SelfService app in the aXw customer portal, you can analyse the condition of your systems and carry out maintenance work yourself. The "Ask ARBURG" chat assistant combines specialist knowledge with artificial intelligence and provides you with precise information on machines and processes. In addition, the customer portal gives you quick and easy access to services and spare parts.

Analysis & traceability

With the aXw customer portal, you can record process data in real time, prepare it clearly and make it available online anywhere. This allows you to analyse your production figures transparently. In addition, our MES system documents all relevant information on a long-term, continuous and traceable basis, without any manual data acquisition. This guarantees you complete traceability throughout your entire production process.

ALLROUNDER 270 A

An ALLROUNDER 270 A in combination with a Yaskawa robot produces salad servers. The intelligent assistance functions in the GESTICA control system help you to avoid machine standstilles and detect process deviations at an early stage. For example, aXw Control StabilityAssist helps to reduce scrap: the AI function on the control system recognises parameter trends and issues a warning in good time if tolerances are exceeded. At the same time, PressurePilot optimises pressure regulation and ensures consistently high part quality.

ALLROUNDER 370 A

An ALLROUNDER 370 A demonstrates the production of business card boxes at the Technology Days. The application impressively shows how smart pilots and assistants continuously analyse the production process and make optimizations independently as required. The aXw Control ReferencePilot ensures precise control and consistent part quality via the mould cavity pressure sensor and a reference curve. The DosingPilot precisely controls the dosing process and reduces weight fluctuations in the long term.

ALLROUNDER 370 H

At the Technology Days, the ALLROUNDER 370 H will be presenting an all-round efficient application and demonstrating the production of a coordinate cross made from recycled material. Intelligent assistants and pilots in the GESTICA control system, such as aXw Control MeltAssist, CycleAssist and RecyclatePilot, continuously optimise the production process. They support rapid machine set-up, reduce unnecessary cycle times and compensate for material fluctuations. This enables you to achieve consistently high part quality, increase productivity and ensure stable part weights.

ALLROUNDER 370 S

An ALLROUNDER 370 S manufactures suitcase closures from PCR recycled material and impressively demonstrates how assistants and pilots noticeably simplify everyday work.
