ALLROUNDER MORE 2000

A turnkey system based on an ALLROUNDER MORE 2000 demonstrates efficient multi-component injection moulding. The two-component machine produces high-quality, two-colour dominoes using a 64-cavity hot runner mould. The linear MULTILIFT V 30 and a collaborative cobot work together seamlessly for automated handling – resulting in complete game sets that are directly assembled and packaged.

Complete domino game, ready to use

The video shows how the MORE 2000 produces dominoes. A MULTILIFT V 30 robot in a rotated construction sets down the finished stones on a conveyor belt. There, a mobile YASKAWA cobot with an integrated camera system picks up the dominoes in blocks of eight and stacks them precisely into a box. Finally, the box is automatically covered.
