ALLROUNDER 820 A

Skate rollers for the traditional Germina brand are manufactured on the electric ALLROUNDER 820 A. Customisation plays a central role here, as the rollers are tailored to the weight of the athletes. The rails are produced in three material versions and selected according to the desired stiffness and rider weight. In the new process, different compounds can be used to specifically adjust the riding characteristics. The high-performance plastic is mixed differently depending on the requirements, with residual moisture measurement of the granules prior to injection ensuring consistently high component quality. In addition, tool temperature control is monitored with ARBURG FlowPilot, so that the entire process from granules to the tool is fully controlled.
