A hybrid ALLROUNDER 630 H produces screw caps at the Technology Days in a cycle time of just 2.8 seconds. HIDRIVE machines combine the speed and precision of electric drive systems with the power and dynamics of hydraulic systems. Thanks to wear-free mould movement and the optimum interaction of the servo-electric clamping unit and hydraulic injection unit with hydraulic accumulator technology, particularly short cycle times are achieved. Despite this high performance, the machine impresses with its reduced energy requirement, made possible by the servo-electric direct drive.
