ALLROUNDER 470 S

An innovative application of the injection compression moulding process is demonstrated on a hydraulic ALLROUNDER 470 S. A characteristic feature of this process is the targeted modification of the cavity volume during the injection or holding pressure phase. This allows greater flow path/wall thickness ratios to be achieved and significantly reduces shrinkage and distortion – for high moulding accuracy and component quality. In addition, injection compression moulding offers a large process window, as lower injection pressures and clamping forces are required.
