ALLROUNDER 470 A

Silicone injection moulding will be demonstrated on an ALLROUNDER 470 A at the Technology Days. Bottle teats made of liquid silicone will be produced in a cycle time of just 35 seconds. Removal will be carried out automatically by the MULTILIFT V 20 robotic system, after which the components will be set down on a machine conveyor belt. On the GESTICA control system, the "aXw Control FlowPilot" assistance function supports the optimization of mould temperature control through targeted regulation of the media flow, thereby contributing to increased process efficiency. In addition, peripheral devices can be easily integrated into the system thanks to OPC UA.
