ALLROUNDER 370 A

At the heart of the turnkey system is an ALLROUNDER 370 A, combined with a MULTILIFT SELECT 8 robotic system. The system produces lids from recycled material – an application in which the material behaviour requires particular attention. The internal pressure in the mould cavity is measured to ensure seamless process monitoring. The measured data is transmitted directly to the machine controller, where it is evaluated. This allows conclusions to be drawn about the component properties and the process to be adjusted accordingly.
