A hydraulic ALLROUNDER 270 S compact produces caps at the Technology Days. The compact system requires only a small footprint, thus saving valuable space. The tool used is additively manufactured from metal, which enables precise components and high stability. During demoulding, the tool is actively cooled, and the hot runner at the tip is cooled in parallel, which saves cycle times as there is no need to wait for the hot runner to cool down. The finished parts are then removed directly from the sprue using the sprue picker.
