At the Technology Days, a turnkey system based on a 270 C GOLDEN EDITION will demonstrate ceramic injection moulding (CIM) in action. Blades will be produced, which a MULTILIFT SELECT 6 robot will remove and set down on a conveyor belt. The GOLDEN EDITION is an affordable entry-level model that delivers high quality and reliable performance – without compromise. The system combines the technology of the GOLDEN EDITION machine with the typical advantages of ceramics, such as wear resistance, hardness, temperature resistance and resistance to corrosion. The process is ideal for efficient, automated mass production, particularly in medical technology and electronics.
