Precise microfilters are produced on the electric ALLROUNDER 270 A, which are automatically removed after injection moulding by a MULTILIFT H 3+1 robotic system. The injection unit of the machine is equipped with a micro injection module that combines an 8 mm injection screw for the smallest shot weights of less than one gram with a second screw for melting the material. The plastic is processed according to the first-in-first-out principle, which ensures consistent material quality. A tool that is optimally adapted to the component geometry is used. This achieves optimum material flow and particularly high component quality.
