At the Technology Days, a fully automated production cell with a 1300 T rotary table machine manufactures vegetable slicers. A MULTILIFT V15 handles the parts with precision and ensures that the individual parts are inserted and removed directly during the injection moulding process. The components are then assembled fully automatically and the finished products are set-down in an orderly manner on a conveyor belt. The 1300 T also impresses with its smaller footprint while offering more space for larger tools, making it particularly flexible for complex applications. The entire automation system is integrated directly into the GESTICA control system, enabling continuous, synchronised processes to take place.
