A turnkey system based on the new electric ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND produces a three-part cable reel in the shape of a doughnut. The innovative "donut-ella" design was created by design students who submitted their design to the "Pleiades – Plastic European Innovation Award for Design and Sustainability" university competition. In collaboration with leading companies in the plastics industry, including ARBURG, and the IUAV University of Venice, a project was created that brings design, sustainability and industrial injection moulding production to life.

The new standard in injection moulding

The electric ALLROUNDER TREND machines are the new standard from ARBURG. Available at short notice and at low cost, quick to set up and easy to operate – in proven ARBURG quality and with worldwide uniform service. For automated injection moulding production, the ALLROUNDER TREND machines can be equipped with ARBURG robotic systems, such as the linear MULTILIFT SELECT 4, and a suitable safety fence, and can also be integrated into complex turnkey systems. The robotic systems are fully integrated into the machine controller.
