The energy-efficient ALLROUNDER 420 C GOLDEN EDITION ASH can produce the dolphin's curved upper and lower shells in a cycle time of around 30 seconds and requires up to 50 per cent less energy than conventional hydraulic machines.
MULTILIFT SELECT 8
Simple and economical automation is ensured by a MULTILIFT SELECT 8 linear robotic system, which removes the half-shells from the mould. These are then turned in a transfer station and the finished product is placed on a conveyor belt after ultrasonic welding.
Recyclate package
The ARBURG recyclate package consists of hardware and software. A modified cylinder module and wear-resistant screw are also suitable for poorly flowing and abrasive materials.
