February saw the start of fascinating anniversary events in Lossburg – followed by further events at the company headquarters and at ARBURG locations worldwide.
Oehme: A turnkey system with two robots for three products
In the application with an ALLROUNDER 1200 T rotary table machine, two robots intervene in the mould in a coordinated manner. Long, coupling and universal coupling levers are produced – around the clock, five days a week.
arburgGREENworld: Injection compression moulding of thin-walled IML cups
ARBURG demonstrates that high-quality injection moulding technology can be an alternative to thermoforming with an electric ALLROUNDER 720 A. The machine produces IML cups from PP monomer material. In this application, special attention was paid to designing parts with low material requirements and to energy efficiency.
