ALLROUNDER 720 A "Ultimate"
This powerful electric machine with a clamping force of 2,900 kN is equipped with a size 1300 injection unit that is specifically optimised for performance. High-precision servo motors from ARBURG's sister company AMKmotion enable injection speeds of up to 400 millimetres per second to be achieved, as well as very high flowpath/wall thickness ratios.
GESTICA control system
Digital pilot functions in the GESTICA control system ensure consistently high moulded part quality. The "aXw Control RecyclatePilot" function, for example, compensates for fluctuating material qualities and ensures consistently uniform mould filling.
MULTILIFT V 20
Handling is performed by a MULTILIFT V 20, which gently removes the thin-walled moulded parts. The matching gripper, with its particularly lightweight design, was additively manufactured in advance using a hard/soft combination for a precision fit.
