First ALLROUNDER TRENDs in UK and Ireland at Interplas
Two brand new ALLROUNDER TREND machines will take centre stage on ARBURG’s Interplas stand this year. The eye-catching, 17.5m2 stand is ARBURG’s biggest stand ever at Interplas and is positioned in front of the main entrance of Hall 10. The new energy-efficient ALLROUNDER TREND, which ARBURG has developed to respond to lower cost competition, will be demonstrated at Interplas. A 500 e ALLROUNDER TREND 170 e (50 tonne) and a larger 1000e ALLROUNDER TREND 290 e (100 tonne) with a MULTILIFT SELECT 8kg robot fitted, will show two different moulding operations. Customers and visitors can ask the ARBURG team about ALLROUNDER TREND’s array of appealing features including ease of operation, class 8 energy efficiency, and strikingly shorter lead times, while still being manufactured at ARBURG’s headquarters in Germany. Both machines have the GESTICA lite touchscreen control, 30 mm cylinder modules, air blow, and core pull. A variant of the popular ALLROUNDER platform, the ALLROUNDER TREND offers a lower price point and lower operating costs than some ARBURG machines, but with all ARBURG’s quality, reliability and performance. It is super-easy to operate with step-by-step instructions, particularly useful for operators that are not fully experienced with all moulding machines and settings. ALLROUNDER TREND’s operating costs are low; approx. 1.5% of the purchase cost for wear and consumables in the first five years and up to 100 % repeat accuracy due to its integrated sensor technology.
