We are the largest in-company training provider in the region and within our sector. With a broad range of metal and plastics processing as well as commercial professions, we provide you with numerous opportunities for well-founded training and a perfect start into the world of work.

A 2,000 m2 training centre is available in Lossburg. Here, we impart practical training with innovative technology and state-of-the-art equipment. The outstanding nature of training at ARBURG is confirmed by awards from the Black Forest (North) Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and by numerous prizes and training partnerships with schools in the region. The professions on offer range from industrial management assistant and IT specialist, electronics technician for automation technology, industrial technicians, engineering technicians, mechatronics technician, process engineering technician for plastics and rubber technologies and technical draughtsperson through to courses in conjunction with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in the fields of mechanical engineering, information technology, industry, international business administration, commercial information technology and industrial engineering and management.

University of cooperative education

University of cooperative education courses have experienced a boom in recent years. Why not opt for a combination of periods of practical training at ARBURG and academic study at a university of cooperative education? Afterwards, you can work with us, for example in Controlling, Hardware Development or in Applications Technology.

We offer university of cooperative education courses in mechanical engineering, information technology, industry, international business administration, computer studies and industrial engineering. The practice-based course leads to a Bachelor’s degree or, following a further course of study, to a Master’s degree. Students at a university of cooperative education receive remuneration on a monthly basis during their course. This is an immense help for their studies. In our company, we therefore create ideal conditions – and the best job prospects – for our young academics.

As a family-run business and one of the world’s leading machine manufacturers, we offer a number of interesting internships, training opportunities, as well as work experience placements for Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) courses.
