Graduation ceremony 2021
All trainees and students taken on
ARBURG held its graduation ceremonies on 9 and 12 April 2021. As was the case last year, the ceremonies were split into four smaller events in order to ensure they were Covid-secure. This year, 59 trainees and students from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (Duale Hochschule Baden-Wuerttemberg/DHBW) were taken on as permanent employees.
Successful training at ARBURG
"I am delighted to be able to discharge you from your training duties today and welcome you to our company as fully fledged employees," said Renate Keinath during her speech. As ARBURG’s Managing Director, Renate Keinath oversees Human Resources Management and she also congratulated the graduates on behalf of the Management team on successfully passing their final examinations.
The large number of impressive results reflected the outstanding commitment of the trainees and students, with Ms Keinath personally presenting 27 graduates with an award for their top-level grades. Three special awards were also handed out.
75 new trainees and students in September 2021
Even in times of crisis, ARBURG offers career prospects to young people. 73 contracts have already been signed for the start of the next training year in September 2021, with a further two vacancies in the fields of construction mechanics and computing.
