ARBURG at Plastpol 2017

Focus on electric machines and automation

31.03.2017
ARBURG will demonstrate the cost-efficient, automated production of quality parts as well as its automation solutions with two ALLROUNDERs from the all-electric GOLDEN ELECTRIC series on Stand E25 in Hall E at the Plastpol 2017, to be held in Kielce (Poland) from 23 to 26 May 2017.

ARBURG has been present in Poland for 25 years
"This year we are celebrating '25 years of ARBURG in Poland'. We are proud of the fact that we have been there for our customers with highly qualified personnel at local level for two and a half decades," emphasises Dr Slawomir Sniady, Managing Director of ARBURG Polska Sp. z o o. "The focus at Plastpol 2017 will be on the cost-effective production of complex plastic parts."

High-performance ALLROUNDER GOLDEN ELECTRIC machines
At the Plastpol 2017, an ALLROUNDER 520 E GOLDEN ELECTRIC with a clamping force of 1,500 kN will use a 12-cavity hot runner mould to produce PP insert sleeves for droplet irrigation. An INTEGRALPICKER V will separate the sprue. The second exhibit, an ALLROUNDER 570 E GOLDEN ELECTRIC with a clamping force of 2,000 kN, will use a dynamically temperature-controlled mould to produce telephone cradles from PC/ABS, which are removed by a linear MULTILIFT SELECT robotic system and set down on a conveyor belt.

Robots in Action
In the "Robots in Action" presentation area, ARBURG will also demonstrate its standardised control system philosophy and its wide range of products, including those for use in automation. All robotic systems are programmed via the SELOGICA user interface. At the Plastpol 2017, an INTEGRALPICKER V, a linear MULTILIFT SELECT and a six-axis robot will guide model agricultural vehicles around an obstacle course. The three automation units communicate with one another via peripheral-equipment interfaces.
