ARBURG Remote Service (ARS)
Our ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines can be equipped with a service router featuring an integrated firewall, which enables us to access the machine control system remotely via a secure and encrypted data connection. You can actively enable the relevant authorisation whenever required. This means that our experts can quickly and efficiently analyse problems remotely. This saves time and money.
Replacing components before they fail: Fixed, plannable maintenance intervals enable you to avoid wear, consequential damage and unnecessary downtimes, while also increasing the service life of you machines. Higher availability and efficiency makes your moulded part production significantly more cost-efficient.
Repair can be the most cost-effective solution for older ARBURG machines. Our repairs department checks, cleans and inspects components and draws up preliminary findings. Decide for yourself whether you would prefer to repair or replace a defective part.
