Majális 2022: Event in Hungary

At Majális 2022, a hybrid ALLROUNDER 520 H will demonstrate the production-efficient, high-quality manufacture of pipette tips from PP. The cycle time is around six seconds, which corresponds to a throughput of around 19,200 moulded parts per hour.

The second exhibit, an electric ALLROUNDER 470 A, injects a "shot glass" as a demonstration part; the cycle time is 20 seconds. This application focuses on the performance of the GESTICA control system: it shows how its comprehensive features can be used simply, safely and intuitively for trouble-free production.

At Majális, ARBURG Hungary will be demonstrating how simple, easy-to-use and quick-to-understand digitalisation can be achieved in a practical manner in modern injection moulding companies with a demo version of the arburgXworld customer portal.
