arburgXvision 2022: Successful programme

On 17 February 2022, ARBURG resumed its successful interactive digital format "arburgXvision" with a new highlight. "Making your supply chain work for you" was the main topic discussed by top experts Guido Frohnhaus, ARBURG Managing Director Technology, Werner Faulhaber, ARBURG Divisional Manager Development, and Stefan Schrauf, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Germany (PwC).

Successful programme

On “www.arburgxvision.com” and in the social media, an audience of about 1,250 watched the eleventh broadcast live. Then, in the familiar manner, it was also made available in the mediatheque. In the follow-up (as at 21.02.2022) about 1,400 interested parties have taken the opportunity to view this broadcast on the event website or in the social media channels. This excellent response shows that ARBURG has hit the bull's eye with its choice of topic – the absolute mega-topic of these times – its first-class experts, and its new, even more focused format. The focus of the one-hour, German-language programme is a discussion panel in the ARBURG studio with two company representatives and an external expert, supplemented by a link to the company offering exciting insights into the practical aspects. Viewers can also help shape the programme interactively with their questions.

Central development and production and a flexible network

For decades, ARBURG has successfully relied on secure supply chains combined with a large vertical range of in-house production at its central development and production facility in Lossburg. The experts discussed the benefits of this ARBURG strategy in depth during the programme.
In addition, Ralf Felisoni, Head of Procurement, explained to viewers what makes ARBURG unique – namely its large vertical range of in-house production, extensive internal network, and stable supply chains.

Expert knowledge at your fingertips

Like all previous programmes, the programme on supply chains is freely available in the media library (www.arburgXvision.com). This means that interested parties can obtain information on important topics in the plastics industry at any time. The date for the next live broadcast is 19 May 2022, from 2 to 3pm.
