If a customer does not want to replace a machine part, he can send it to the ARBURG Repair Department. All parts and components ranging from controller to cylinder may be serviced in our repair facility. Specially trained and skilled workers will evaluate the feasibility and cost effectiveness of repairing the part and will then send you a detailed cost estimate. The customer  can then decide if a repair or replacement is the better alternative.

Customers can avoid machine downtime, problems and inefficiency by selecting ARBURG`s Preventative Service program. Service Contracts can be arranged for ARBURG Service Technicians to regularly maintain the machines and replace wear parts.
