ARBURG won the EPPM award in the largest category injection moulding. This is due to high standards of quality machines and back up service. In an industry that never rests, ARBURG continues to innovate and evolve injection moulding machines from 12.5 to 500 tonnes. In 2011 for example, a complete new range of energy efficient electric machines EDRIVE was launched as an electric alternative to basic hydraulic machines.

2011 has been a fantastic year for ARBURG. “We are assuming that turnover in 2011 will exceed the record year 2007”, says Simon Wrighton. The success in the UK and

In 2011, ARBURG celebrated the 50th anniversary of the unique ALLROUNDER: The success story of the injection moulding machines covering five decades is a veritable economic miracle – for our customers, for the sector and, of course, for ARBURG. In 1961 for the first time, production was possible in different working positions using a pivoting clamping unit and interchangeable injection unit. Today, thanks to the unique modularity, the ideal machine can be individually configured for any application to precisely meet all customer-specific requirements.
