Beginning with the current Fakuma issue 47 of the “today” the ARBURG customer magazine will also be published in Chinese. The reason: In the People’s Republic of China, with its continuing rapid development, information regarding high-tech injection moulding systems, high-end applications as well as service and application technology is becoming increasingly important. For the German machine manufacturer, the international customer magazine is an essential medium for keeping customers up-to-date on injection moulding topics, worldwide.

The customer magazine was first established back in 1970. The initial edition “ARBURG heute” appeared in the spring. The first issue of the new publication entitled “today” appeared in 1995, in German and English at first. The second issue, however, also already appeared in French. From issue 5 in 1997, the customer magazine was made available in five languages, German, English, French, Spanish and Italian.

The „today is published trimestrial in a total circulation of more than 33,000 copies, a significant proportion of which will now also appear in Chinese. With its journalistic texts and high-quality images, the customer magazine communicates complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. A mix of relevant company news, technical features, project and customer reports as well as service topics ensures that the readers are succinctly and comprehensively informed of the latest developments at ARBURG and in the injection moulding sector. The “today” has consequently become one of the most important and highest-circulation trade journals in the plastics industry, with a growing popularity worldwide.
